I know some of you probably won’t like the content but seriously full view looks a lot better. Then again full view for anything looks a lot better.

This is for the 100 theme challenge. The word…..which is probably quite obvious is blood. Been saving a really good picture for the word and this is it. How much better can you get so to speak? I'm sure gothic fans will enjoy this!!

I was listening to this song by Malice Mizers and came up with this picture. I’m not sure if the lyrics are the English translation or that’s really what they are saying in English in the song. To me it doesn’t sound like they are saying too much of anything anyway…..but those are the lyrics I found for the song nonetheless. Though I used only part of it here.

I just couldn’t resist turning him into a vampire. Vampires and blood go hand in hand and quite frankly with Ancient Egypt being my first love, vampires would get second place on the list. His skin is suppose to be quite pale…..that was intentional. I think my scanner cooperated with me better this time, even though it looks better in real life. I really like the way it came out to tell the truth. Really gave my red paint a run for it’s money. And then enhanced it in photoshop….

I used this picture as reference: [link] I really wanted to try something different in my picture. I sometimes get a tad bored with the same thing I tend to draw, well at least in my opinion. To me the perpective looks a tad weird but considering he is leaning forward it might be on the right track. Either way, I’m so happy with the colors that it doesn’t really bother me much like it did before I started painting it.
